Looked nice on the outside, but the room really needed updating. Rusty drain in the shower, only one set of towels for two people, frig was cool (not cold) and breakfast was far below what is expected at Choice Privilege hotels.

Room was dingy stained carpet broken tile in bathroom no artwork just ugly brown. Our family of four stayed we had two towels, front desk wouldn’t answer had to leave room to get additional towels . Complimentary breakfast was bad coffee and stale cereal juice machine out of order. Checking out (running away) front desk clerk appeared to be sleeping in the back barely even spoke to us. This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had . I am not even covering half of the issues we encountered.

Pros: The room was clean, the room was large, the breakfast area was clean, the bathroom was clean, it's location was near the funeral we were attending, the staff was friendly, Dunkin Donuts was close by. Cons: the bathroom door had no latch, the shower fixture looked moldy (but we showered without problems), the bathroom definitely needs remodeling, two of the drawer pulls on the dresser were missing, the breakfast was bare minimum. This property needs updating.

We have been Choice Hotels members for Years. This is one of the worst hotels that we have encountered. The towels were stained & yellowed as were the pillowcases. The 'wall finish' was falling down in the bathroom. The chair in the room had staples sticking out of it. The nightstand's drawer handle was missing. We tried to call the front desk & no one answered the phone! Even then tried to call the outside phone number & still no answer! Breakfast was an absolute joke. Only green tea available. No salt - only a bowl full of pepper. Cereal was lucky charms! and mixed with fruity pebbles! Went to the front desk several times and no one was ever there. This HOTEL should NOT be a part of the Choice Hotels franchise unless many changes are made. It makes the hotel chain look bad.

Disgusting. First room was not clean, toenail clippings in floor, bed sheets not changed with bug carcasses on sheets. Smelled like sewer as soon as you opened the door. Asked for another room, which had tiles broken out of the floor in the bathroom, tub and shower looked disgusting. Had to wait 15 minutes for check in. Building stunk of stale cigarettes. Do not stay here, you'd be better off sleeping outside.
